2015 Koch Institute Image Awards Submission Form

The Koch Institute Image Awards seek to recognize the extraordinary visuals that are produced through life sciences research at MIT and collaborating institutions. Before submitting images for consideration, please read the following:

  • The deadline for submission is October 17, 2014.
  • Each contributor may submit no more than three images during each competitive cycle.
  • Send the highest possible resolution available (the more pixels, the better), ideally as uncompressed .tif
  • Images on white backgrounds cannot be displayed in the public galleries (but are still eligible for submission)
  • MIT and the Koch Institute reserve the right to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, sell, and create derivative works of any images submitted to the Koch Institute Image Awards.

Fill out the form below to provide the necessary information about your image(s). Contact kigalleries@mit.edu with any questions and to email your image. The upload field has proven reliably unreliable.

The higher the resolution, the more likely we are to be able to display it. More pixels are always better.
Uncompressed .tif files are strongly preferred. If you are unable to upload your image (likely!) you may send it by email. We will confirm receipt accordingly.
144x144 jpg preferred
Images not taken with MIT equipment must be released for use by MIT and the Koch Institute prior to display. A release form will be provided.
